Dinner Sponsor - $5,000 - includes tournament registration for 8 players (plus reception for the 8 players plus one guest each), premiere signage at reception, logo included on all fundraiser marketing.

Golf Course Bar Cart Sponsor - $1,000 - includes tournament registration for 2 players (plus reception for the two players plus one guest each), premiere signage on Bar Cart which will offer hot dogs and beer during the tournament

Golf "Goodie Bag" Sponsor - $1,000 - includes tournament registration for 2 players (plus reception for the two players plus one guest each), and logo on golf "goodie" bag

18th Hole Sponsor - $1,000 - includes tournament registration for 2 players (plus reception for the two players plus one guest each), premiere signage at the end of the tournament at the 18th hole

Hole Sponsor - $500 - includes tournament registration for 1 player (plus reception for the player plus one guest), and premiere signage at a designated hole during the golf tournament

Hole Sponsor Only- $200 - includes premiere signage at a designated hole during the tournament

4 Pack of Tickets - $500 - four tournament registrations including reception

Single Ticket- $150 - one tournament registration including reception

Reception Only- $50 - one ticket for reception only
