To determine service needs, each new resident receives a comprehensive evaluation. The resident's physician—experienced in the care of the elderly—coordinates an individualized care plan and leads a multidisciplinary team including licensed nurses, therapists, and dietitians.

With input from the resident and the resident's family, goals are established for achieving and maintaining maximum independence. The resident's progress is reviewed regularly, and care plans revised as needed. Full time recreation therapists and social workers, as well as a Pastoral Care professional, respond to recreational, psychosocial and spiritual needs.

Our primary goal is to treat each resident as an individual and to support the highest possible level of function.
